PINEAPPLE-BLUEBERRY ICE POPS (makes around 10)
1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
4 cups (946 mL) pineapple puree
1 tbsp (15mL) honey, optional
Place about 10 blueberries in each Zip Pop bag. In a medium bowl, stir together the pineapple puree and honey (if using), then pour the mixture over the blueberries. Tap each bag on a hard surface to evenly distribute the pineapple puree, then freeze until solid.
