1 1/2 cups diced fresh strawberries (cut into 1/4-inch pieces)
4 cups (946 mL) kiwi puree, from about 8 kiwis
1 tbsp (15mL) sugar, optional
Place about an even amount of diced strawberries in each Zip Pop bag.
In a medium bowl, stir together the kiwi puree and sugar (if using), then pour the mixture over the blueberries. Tap each bag on a hard surface to evenly distribute the kiwi puree, then freeze until solid. Recipe makes about 10 Zip Pops.
